Jesse Cannon's violent, provocative activities is newsworthy information in San Diego. Antifa and allies hide their identities, because they expect to engage in illegal activities. By taking a prominent role in mass public protests, he has also made himself a limited-purpose public figure and should have no expectation of privacy in relation to posting news of such actions. At the impeach-Trump event, shown in the video, the police asked Jesse and his friends to leave, because they were trying to provoke fights.

This violent, profane Antifa lead is a local rapper, who goes by the handle of "Too Tall 420" or "420 NOiZE". His YouTube channel is "420 NOiZE". Too Tall was recorded outside the Trump speech last May assaulting and battering a passive Trump supporter and tearing up his sign. Too Tall generally tries to disrupt, verbally abuse, assault and intimidate people at demonstrations. Local activists need to be able recognize him, so they can avoid being attacked by him at such events in the future and report him by name to the police. For this reason, it is necessary to show his identity.

Jesse (or a cohort) has filed a frivolous copyright claim with YouTube, because some of of his video was re-used in an earlier version of this video in accordance with Fair Use law, which better shows his provocative behavior at this event. See video at this link:

Jesse is shown at 7:55 grabbing part of a sign held by a peaceful protester and ripping it to pieces outside a Trump speech in May of 2016. This is simple battery according to California law. At 8:25 , he is shown trying to provoke a fight with other protesters at a recent May Day protest in San Diego. This is the similar behavior to that, which caused the police to ask him to leave the recent "Impeach Trump" protest. This YouTuber (Patriot Fire) has also been personally threatened with physical violence by Jesse Cannon for commenting on his violent, illegal activities.
