Rachel Browning interviews Joe and Jessie about why they went vegan 2 years ago, how their health has changed for the better and what their favorite recipes are. Jessie watched some videos about why to be vegan and then she not only went vegan, but her husband went vegan too. Jessie's parents also went vegan after learning why a plant-based diet is healthy.
