Arriving on a state visit to Kyrgyzstan, Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed the honorary guard of the National Guard of Kyrgyzstan in the Kyrgyz language.

Walking by the company of national guards together with President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Zheenbekov, Putin addressed the guardsmen saying “Salam, Asker”, which can be translated as “Hello, troops!”

During an official visit to Kyrgyzstan, Russian President Vladimir Putin will sign an agreement to change conditions for the deployment of the Russian army base in this country. A special document will be signed to make changes and additions to the agreement between Russia and Kyrgyzstan regarding conditions and status of the joint Russian army base.
