News from a letter sent by a Kent MP to a constituent citing both the 1984 Public Health Control of Disease Act and the 2020 Coronavirus Act as permitting cautionary rules to be rolled out in case of dangers to public health yet stating new legislation would need to be rolled out to make vaccinations compulsory, ,no plans for which exist currently in government, he says. However he says also there is no need for anyone to refuse the vaccine, implying that the safety of the vaccine once past the clinical trials would be indisputable, and urges everyone to take it, however healthy they may be.
