He secured permanent funding for HBCUs, criminal justice & prison reform with the First Step Act, took Black unemployment to the lowest level in history, attracted new investment in underserved communities with opportunity zones and his 2020 platform with 'The Platinum Plan' pledges $500 billion of investment to black communities.
"All these things that Obama had a chance to do in 8 years he did nothing about and Trump did in less than 4."
