Brandon Straka and the #WalkAway Campaign attempted to hold a LGBT town hall event in leftist San Francisco, California. The venue cancelled the event only hours beforehand, clearly in an effort to shut down Trump supporters from speaking, but they refused to be silenced, and an impromptu event was held outside the venue in the street. Antifa arrived to harass, distrust and attempt to shut down the event.
THE FULL STORY.
Earlier in the day conservative activist Scott Presler organized one of his highly praised city clean ups in San Francisco. San Francisco city center is littered with stray needles, trash and human excrement. Throughout the day teams organized by Presler hit the streets with rubber gloves, trash bags and shovels to help clean up the local streets in the Tenderloin District. They were praised by locals, even thanked by many of the homeless. This was well documented by the organizers.
During the clean up local “Antifa” radicals began to pursue and harass those cleaning up the streets and outside City Hall where volunteers were meeting. One gay Trump supporter was assaulted for wearing a MAGA hat and police were called. John Dennis, Chairman of the SFGOP, was also threatened and Antifa attempted to intimidate and disperse others attending. The majority of the protestors were pathetic with extra soy so their bullying was not particularly effective.
The #WalkAway event was scheduled to take place that same evening at a well-known community venue, The Women’s Building in the Mission District, San Francisco. Only hours before the LGBT town hall was due to start the venue cancelled, citing “disparagement of the homeless” as their reason. This falsified claim related to the clean up earlier that day. This clearly was an attempt to shut down conservative voices from speaking in San Francisco. It was unclear whether this lie was fabricated by the venue themselves or pushed by the local Antifa radicals, who are determined to antagonize any free speech or expression that does not conform to their extreme leftist views. This was the 4th out of the last 5 #WalkAway town hall events that had been cancelled last minute.
Conservative voices refused to be silenced and the organizers took their event to the street outside the venue. Suspiciously, Antifa arrived quickly to attempt to disrupt and shut down even this. Many of the protestors were the same antagonistic zombies who earlier in the day harassed, assaulted and disrupted those participating in Scott Presler’s cleanup.
This is just a small look into the lack of tolerance and insanity of the left.
