Dr Sam explains how to use comedogenic ratings to get beautiful skin. Find the official pore clogging ingredients checker below. What natural moisturizer is best for face?

What does Comedogenic mean?
When dealing with skin care products, they contain many ingredients that can cause or make acne worse. Any such ingredient that will actually cause acne is called "Comedogenic."

What are moisturizers?
Moisturizers are designed to help the natural oil glands in our skin. Moisturizers hold water in the outermost layer of the skin and create a barrier that keeps oils from escaping and protects our skin from environmental elements.

If you have acne-prone skin, you should use ingredients that are predominantly 0's, 1's and 2's Comedogenic Rating.
The rating is a measure from 0 to 5.

0 - Will Not Clog Pores

1 - Low probability

2 - Moderately Low

3 - Moderate
