26 years ago I decided to become vegan for health reasons. It has been 26 years since I saw a doctor, and 26 years since I took any kind of medication, other than the natural stuff I know understand how to use. I still enjoy a diet that is mainly plant-based.

There have been some health problems over the years but nothing that I haven't been able to work out and take care of myself using natural, safe, and gentle remedies to recreate the balance and health in myself.

Ill health is your clue that something is wrong and needs addressing. So pay attention and address the cause and so the effects (the symptoms) naturally go away.
