The UK operates secret family courts, which are not subject to criminal style levels of evidence. Many miscarriages of justice occur within these courts.

There is slowly emerging a way, for British citizens to bring their miscarriages of justice into the open. This one route is via their MP - or to contact John Hemming MP.

The MP's are bringing forward EDM's (Early Day Motions), that open the debate to the press (removes the silence and gagging orders to a small degree).

Hopefully, by all working together, we'll change the current administrations policy of closed clandestine courts.
