The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said (three times): "The Deen is naseeha." We said: "To whom?'' He replied, "To Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and the general people." [Muslim]
"Islam began as something strange and will revert to being strange as it began, so give glad tidings to the strangers." [Muslim]
