Created in July 2020, Offbeat NOVA is a collaboration between husband and wife team Matthew Eng and Angela Harrison Eng. With a mutual love of history, writing, and the macabre, Matt and Angela use the skills they acquired in their vocations to pursue a passionate look at the strange and unusual of Northern Virginia.
