The Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) is a UK-based advocacy group established in 1996 in London. It is an “independent consultancy focusing on the historical, political and legal aspects of the Palestinian Refugees”. In July 2015, PRC was given consultative status at the United Nations as Non-governmental organization (NGO), in a controversial vote.

مؤسسة فلسطينية تعنى بتفعيل قضية فلسطينيي الشتات والمطالبة بحقهم في الرجوع إلى ديارهم, وهو كمركز يشكل مصدرا إعلاميا أكاديميا يسعى إلى أن يكون رديفا للمعلومات والنشاط السياسي للقضية الفلسطينية وخصوصا مسألة العودة ويتخذ المركز لندن مقرا له. اكتسب الصفة الاستشارية في المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأمم المتحدة منتصف العام 2015م.
