IF what Chris says is true, Vic and Mosin are "either J_ws or federal agents." Vic and Mosin are the only (two) people he's trying to dox, and - if Chris is telling the truth - those two people are clearly subversive and are trying to destroy his life (and entrap him in various criminal conspiracies).
