Somebody take this kid away from his parents....

The man on the left in the video is Micheal Alig who was (born April 29, 1966) is an American former club promoter, musician, and writer who served almost 17 years in prison for manslaughter. Alig was a founder and ringleader of the Club Kids, a group of young New York City clubgoers that became a cultural phenomenon during the late 1980s and early 1990s.[1]

In March 1996, Alig and his roommate, Robert D. "Freeze" Riggs, killed fellow Club Kid Andre "Angel" Melendez in a confrontation over a delinquent drug debt. In October 1997, Alig pled guilty to first-degree manslaughter. Both men were sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison; Riggs was released on parole in 2010, Alig on May 5, 2014.[2

He was convicted in the 90's of killing his drug dealer, cutting him up and throwing the remains into the Hudson river. If that isn't reason enough to take this kid away from his parents, the date rape drug advertisement on the painting in the background should be.

What is Rohypnol?

Rohypnol is an intermediate-acting benzodiazepine with general properties similar to those of Valium (diazepam). It is used in the short-term treatment of insomnia, as a pre-medication in surgical procedures and for inducing anesthesia.

Since the 1990s Rohypnol has been used illegally to lessen the depression caused by the abuse of stimulants, such as cocaine and methamphetamine, and also as an aid for sexual assault. The so-called “date-rape drug” was placed unknowingly in the drinks of victims, often at a bar or party (“club drug”). Due to the strong amnesia produced by the drug, victims would have limited or no memory of the assault.

"Fair dealing" and "fair use" are related concepts pertaining to users' rights under copyright law. It is nevertheless important to understand that fair dealing and fair use are not synonymous terms since their meaning and scope are defined by different legal systems. It is challenging to adequately summarize the shared and divergent underpinnings of fair dealing and fair use succinctly, given their highly complex and contested nature. The following brief comparison aims merely to sketch a broad picture of some of the basic similarities and differences between fair dealing and fair use.
