This is my response to a recent video posted by Tex Mason who responded to my denouncing Minnesota Rule of Court 220 as evidence that claiming the Birth Certificate is the "remedy" we have all be looking for.
Minnesota Rules of Court 220 has been used as a justification for classifying the birth certificate as a "certificate of title". As a certificate of title we are allegedly classified as "real property", and as such should file our claims in the real estate division of the county court.
Minnesota Rules of Court 220 has been badly interpreted over the years and I took a lot of time researching it to discover it true intent and purpose.
