Officials with the Fair Housing Council say they've been bombarded with calls about problems at Imperial Mobile Home Park ever since a new owner took over last year.
Many home owners there say they are trying to get out, but as they've discovered moving is half the battle. They say they feel trapped and taken advantage of. Here's my coverage:
