James Taylor, president of The Heartland Institute, joins WTTW's Chicago Tonight to discuss the Supreme Court's recent ruling that the EPA does not have the authority to limit power companies carbon dioxide emissions. The ruling is a massive victory on multiple fronts. First, it scales back the EPA's power it wrongfully operated with. The EPA is a tool the deep state uses to strip rights away from Americans.

Second, CO2 is not a pollutant. Acting as if it's the main factor in climate change, a natural process, is flat out incorrect.

James Taylor sets the record straight to the other panelists on the program. Armed with actual data, Taylor explains why this was such a good move by the Supreme Court.
