The ruling is a massive victory on multiple fronts. First, it scales back the EPA's power it wrongfully operated with. The EPA is a tool the deep state uses to strip rights away from Americans.
Second, CO2 is not a pollutant. Acting as if it's the main factor in climate change, a natural process, is flat out incorrect.
