Mayor of Nashville, John Cooper, has proposed a 32% property tax increase in the middle of a "safer at home" lockdown where all "non-essential" businesses are ordered closed.

Additionally, while the Governor of Tennessee has started a plan to reopen the state, the Mayor of Nashville is keeping the city shut down. The plan is based on four phases and will be "data driven, not date driven". In other words, the mayor may keep the city locked down for a another ______ (fill in the blank) months. The citizens of Nashville are being held hostage by the Mayor and his team of folks subjectively interpreting data.

Oh, and they're raising your taxes too!
