If you've made a lot of videos, and people are flagging your older content, just age-restrict it. Whatever money you may or may not have made off that video has come and gone, and this will protect you from people trying to flag your older videos.
You don't need to set all your older videos to age-restricted, just the ones the bot has already determined are likely problematic. These ones are the ones that will most-likely get your in trouble down the road.
Hopefully this is the last time I get BS strikes, but who knows?
