Seattle Police Department, with help from the National Guard, has evacuated the East Precinct of Seattle after not being able to control the dangerous and violent riots that have been rampaging in the streets. Raw video shows police officers in Seattle taking their personal property and other police equipment and evacuating the city quickly.
