Hillary Clinton, former US Secretary of State, a Democratic candidate for President, believes that the American soldiers shouldn't take part in the ground operations in Iraq and Syria.
Clinton noted that struggle to avoid military actions is the most important and binding task for the President of the United States, and promised to definitely act in such a way, pointing out the necessity to apply diplomacy.
She added that she had spent 18 months in due time in order to create an international coalition, which had imposed sanctions on Iran. According to her, namely these sanctions led to the formation of current nuclear deal with Teheran.
