Welcome to the Delphi Murder Investigation
READ THIS FIRST! You/tuber Madduck74 and many others approached me and asked if I would be interested analyzing the official F.B.I. video of the Liberty German and Abigail Williams double murder case. I never heard about this case but I felt that perhaps I might be able to assist them in providing more details about the suspect. I deliberately had not read any reports about this case when I started my analysis. Therefore I had no idea what the suspect is supposed to look like and the final result was not affected in any way by external descriptions of the suspect The enhancement of the suspect proved very successful and so I shared this information with the F.B.I. This analysis was made from (compressed MP4) original video material: (source: F.B.I. - https://www.in.gov/isp/delphi.htm)

Update 1: The suspect's description is based on what "I as analyst" see in the enhancement.
Due to pixel shift and low gamut (almost no color gradients) finer details are always lost when you analyze-, upscale-, and process video or photo material of very low quality. That is unavoidable.
Regarding colors; I used a special application to automatically correct the colors of the original video. In the process of super resolution multiple frames are stacked. As the suspect is in motion different light falls onto the suspect and this results in different color values. The software does not compensate these differences, so the end result will always slightly deviate from the original single frames. In most cases however with videos shot by daylight the total difference will be minimal.

When I am not certain I will write "possibly". I have not mentioned all details about the suspect.
I have seen other features in the region of the eyes / face as well of which I am not fully certain and I do not wish to speculate. However in one of the earlier enhancements I have noticed a small line coming from the back of the head leading towards the front of the face which stopped near the eye socket. There is a possibility that the suspect is wearing glasses but one without (lower) frame. If this is the case than the spot underneath the left eye possibly is a shadow cast from these glasses. I have mentioned this also in my report to the investigators:

"Anomaly: Thin line coming from the back of his head on the left and some minor distortion near the eye socket suggests that suspect is wearing glasses with a fine frame."

Update 2: People asked me if the suspect is a carpenter. I cannot confirm this. My analysis is based on what can be seen in the images. The suspect possibly being a carpenter by profession is based on certain details: e.g. the leather tool bag and the way the suspect is dressed up, namely as a workman.

Update 3: Some "self-proclaimed experts" believe that the super resolution technology used in this is presentation is based on demosaicing. For those who are skeptic and question the up-scaled image: This technology is based on sub-pixel motion estimation.

Update 4: Yesterday my global team of processors has joined me. Now we are working together on this case in solving this double murder.

Don't worry! The next upload(s) will also be about UFO.
