Biden makes a sweeping generalization about the intelligence and education levels of blacks by telling a black voter, "If you vote for Trump, then you 'ain't' black."
Obama and Biden did little to improve the plight of blacks. Biden will likely continue the same tired policies, particularly given his record on criminal justice and his cozy relationships with banks.
