Even in the Victorian Lockdown 4.0 extension, our state managers James Merlino and Brett Sutton are refusing to stipulate thresholds for lockdown ending.
Instead, Richard in this segment advocates a much more nuanced and intelligent approach to managing the situation. Standing up for reason like this against all the fear mongering, is what you call 'leadership'.
I'm sure there are MPs in the ALP who also have this 'leadership' trait...but where are they? The faux 'leadership' we hear from the soon to return Dan Andrews is not leadership at all. It's abdication of leadership to 'advice'. That's called CYA Leadership (anyone in corporate life will understand the CYA principle of management).
