"La Rosina bella" ("The Beautiful Rosina"), is an Italian folk song likely talking about Rosa Vercellana (1833 - 1885), known at the time of her life as Rosina, who was the late mistress of King Emmanuel II of Italy. She was never officially a queen, and held the title informally despite being married to Emmanuel in a formal capacity. The children they had together held no right to the titles of Italy.
Otherwise, I'm not exactly sure when this song came about. Despite this, it is played and sung by the I Cantori dell'Aia who reserve all rights to this version of the song.
