IVERCAR is a study that was done in Argentina looking at COVID-19 prophylaxis in healthcare workers. They studied with dosing liquid Ivermectin and intranasal Carrageenan 5 times daily could prevent infection. The study was registered with Trial Site and they debuted a news article reporting that the Ivermectin/Carrageenan group had no incidence of infection whereas the standard care group experienced 58% infection rates. Obviously, a tremendous result! The data has not been released yet though, which raises some skeptical red flags.
