Russian pop band TATU can sing in Sochi. The notorious duo may take part in the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics - the news appeared on the official webpage of the group on a Russian social network.

There are no other details to the story yet. Moreover, it became a sensation even to organizers of the concert program of the opening ceremony. For the time being, there is no answer as to whether the two Russian girls are going to sing at the opening of the 2014 Winter Olympics.

A representative of TATU

"I think there is no confirmation as of yet. There were talks about it, but no one knows for sure, so I think it is too early to confirm anything."

Will the band return to their sound of the past, or are they going to be totally different? It'd be also interesting to know whether their performance will fit into the new law banning the propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations.
