The Washington Free Beacon’s Bill Gertz is reporting that an internal draft of the Pentagon’s Nuclear Posture Review study has confirmed Russia is developing an “intercontinental-range nuclear-armed underwater drone.” The report says it was first tested in November of 2016, which indicates it is a “priority nuclear program.”
