Poland is pushing a new law through its parliament which will criminalise women for:
Abortion (5 years in prison)
Miscarriage (2 years in prison)
Abortion is already illegal in most cases in Poland, unless in very specific circumstances of rape, incest, threat to the mother, or severe foetal disability - where the child will die soon after birth.
The new laws will make no exception to abortion apart from if the mother is in the process of dying.
Which man will decide if the mother is *really* dying?
