It was recently International Down Syndrome Day, and while everyone was focusing on the positive, I happened to meet a woman who told me she was not only not provided services for her Downs' son, but openly criticized for not having aborted him. Eugenics is something we may think of as an embarrassing pseudo-science, but its proponents continue to remain in prominent positions of influence and to push their agenda via abortion.
