Graham says Moscow needs to understand it took one step too far during November’s election. Earlier this month, Republican and Democratic senators called for a special bipartisan panel to investigate cyber attacks by foreign countries against the U-S with a focus on Russia. The Kremlin has reacted to Graham's comments by threatening with retaliation in case of any new economic sanctions. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova says Moscow is tired of lies about Russian hackers. She called reports of possible new sanctions a provocation directed by the White House.
