The incident in question appears at the 28:43 mark. Looks to me like the older guy on the motorcycle, tries to veer to his left INTO the purple haired guy and Mr. Purple hair didn't take to kindly to it, so he kicked the bike's side saddle bag. Obviously, the crowd didn't like that and quickly surrounded Mr. Purple hair. If you want me to do a separate video on this, lemme know in the comments.
