11/17/2018 UPDATE! For all the Uber and Lyft and other Rideshare drivers around the world... What are your horror stories concerning these awful companies? I was hit and run by a drunken driver over a month and a half ago, October 5, 2018 and when I made the claim to Lyft's Insurance, York Insurance and Indian Harbor Insurance they stalled me this entire time trying to find a way out of paying. They are still dodging the issues of my medical claims because my back has been ruined and my guts are in such an uproar I can't control my bowels. They low-balled the repairs and then went ahead and had the body shop fix the car before I even knew what was happening. To make matters worse Lyft who originally praised me as of valuable partner, a 4.9 out of five star driver with a Cadillac XTS black car send me an email kicking me off the platform... Why you may ask? They use the excuse that I have a single speeding ticket from last year in an Ohio State Highway Patrol speed trap on a country road when in fact it is because I filed a claim against their insurance and the other driver is uninsured meaning they can't screw me with their $2,500 deductible. That deductible guarantees they will never pay off to probably 90% of the claims against them. This is what these companies do to people. I will be posting more videos because this has left me unable to work and destitute.
