Efter en flygbladsutdelning i Västerås den 10/5 gick lokala medier ut och påstod att det skulle varit en ordningsstörning. Västeråspolisen bekräftade det genom Martina Saghamre.
Då sanningen inte alls var den att någon ordningsstörning hade inträffat kände Motståndsrörelsens Pär Öberg det påkallat att ställa ansvarig polis till svars.
