MK2 Select Screen - Palette Swap Selector
Palette is pixel tested directly off of the color line
I was trying to find an efficient way swap colors for P1/P2 and decided to make new palettes (characters) as easy as possible for me in the future :P
True palette swap specific characters can just be locked to a specific color range. ie: Rep:green, Scorp:yellow, etc.
