“As far back as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to be a gangster. To me, gangster was better than being the president of the United States.” -Henry Hill, Goodfellas

Growing up in part in North Minneapolis, the Hood, I have seen them over and over again, that is young men that have seen too many movies who then begin to emulate their favorite gangster on screen (Who goes home to his wife and children after the movie is made), who only end up dead because they thought within themselves that the lifestyle was real and sustainable (Proverbs 1:7).

Black and whites didn’t make any difference, we all lived in the same hood and we all realized that we were in the same plight (Acts 17:26).
