Fred Penner was a St. Catherines man who was allegedly murdered in cold blood by a male and female police officer as two eye witnesses to the murder, looked on and later provided 'on the scene documentary evidence' of the police murder of and the handling of this man..... as well as the EMT's lack of response to this slaying.
Will the #pedofaggots in the police union and their crown cronies covered this up, or will these two murders see their lives behind bars?
