Since the shooting in Colorado, there’s been a widespread debate on gun rights, from the federal government to members of Congress to the local level. From Biden considering executive orders to restrict guns, to Democratic lawmakers passing bills to tighten gun sales, the wave of "gun control" has intensified.
While it has received little coverage in the mainstream media, Project Veritas won a major victory against the New York Times this week in a defamation case with potentially wide reach. The case will allow the Project to plunge into discovery, including depositions, and possibly a trial against members of The New York Times.
On his first day in office, Biden used his executive authority to stop building the border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. The Government Accountability Office is now launching an inquiry into whether the Biden administration had violated any laws by freezing construction, which would violate the Constitution’s law that allows Congress alone to allocate funds.
