Hundreds of drone pilots decide to quit their jobs every year because of the huge stress. High demand for intelligence makes them working for 14 hours a day, which is 4 times more than traditional military pilots. U.S. Air Force doesn’t have enough capacity to fill the shortage and therefore wants to encourage more operators to stay by boosting their salaries.
