Controlling of the COVID-19 narrative was planned during Event 201, the tabletop preparedness exercise for a global Coronavirus pandemic, which took place on Oct 18, 2019.
Event 201 was hosted by the Johns Hopkins Centre for Health Security in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (who are now pushing global vaccination) and the World Economic Forum (who are now using Covid-19 to push their "Great Reset" and the Fourth industrial revolution ).
