This short vid focuses on Emma Groves who was blinded when the British army shot her in the face with a plastic bullet in 1971 whilst she sat at home. The following clip was filmed around 10 years later. The soldier responsible was never charged. And finally I added some extracts from a recent news story showing how almost 50 years on the British refuse to release files on state murders with plastic/rubber perhaps until 2071.
