Informative and detailed conversation with Anthony Badaloo and Neelu Berry on the subject of bailiff frauds and court order frauds, how these are being enacted on thousands of people across the world, for all sorts of reasons related to mortgage payments, property taxes, charges of child abuse, with property being foreclosed on and auctioned, children being removed – and how these can be stopped.
The key is in asking questions and demanding to see proof of claim such as a written and signed court order or contract, he explains. These do not exist since a counterfeit operation is being run by the crime syndicate at heart of these crimes.
Demonstrating his technique of questioning, he plays a video recording of his speaking to a bailiff and details his method of “conditional acceptance”: offer to comply with any stricture but only on condition of being provided a writtten and signed order, contract, warrant.
