Full recipe for the chocolate protein bars:
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
2 Tbsp cacao or carob
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
2 Tbsp chopped almonds
1-2 cups of soy milk
1 scoop pea protein powder or vegan chocolate flavored protein powder
150 gr of mashed dates
OPTIONAL: chopped dark chocolate, cacao nibs or a few Tbsp of peanut butter
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients, add in the mashed dates and soy milk and mix well. If too dry add more soy milk. You want the dough to stick together and be a bit to the sticky side.
Add to a baking pan and store in the fridge overnight. The next day,
cut out 8-10 bars and there you have them!
