What Is Really Behind All These Creepy Clown Sightings?

***NOTE*** This video was taken down and reuploaded after a predatory media company falsely claimed copyright and placed ads on our 13-minute video and was generating revenue off of it because we showed a chopped up total of 30 seconds of one of their videos that we found embedded in a mainstream media article. Even though this is obviously Fair Use as defined by Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, we also realize that YouTube is run by robots and does not respect Fair Use in any way whatsoever. Our video was beginning to go viral (121K views in one day), but instead of allowing our hard work and reporting to generate revenue for a parasitic company that has complaints about this very thing all over the Internet dating back to at least 2013, we took it down, removed every trace of their video from our video, and reuploaded the video.... It was the principle of the thing. Screw them.

I made this video after I received a call from our local school district warning us we should call the police if we see a clown in our area. No, I'm not kidding.

What in the hell is going on with all the creepy clowns? Because hoax doesn't explain this. It's being hyped too much, the media is pushing it too much, local authorities are calling people up with emergency alerts and making sure entire towns are living in fear of random creepy clowns. Feels like a huge psyop. I'm obviously speculating in this video, but none of the other explanations I've heard make as much sense to me...

And they want us to believe this is reality?

Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
