Gus Hale has served our country loyally for his whole life.
He was a Royal Engineer Paratrooper in the Falklands. He served in North Ireland. He was prepared to give his life for our country.
But now Gus sits outside a clinic for post-traumatic stress disorder, that was shut down by our government for “funding” reasons.
No-one will help him or the countless other veterans who were suddenly kicked out of the clinic called Combat Stress. He has nowhere to turn.
So he is now on a hunger strike — and I’m worried it might actually kill him.
