Agony of the family of a U.S. Iraq war veteran who died in prison is being compounded by their calls for justice falling on deaf ears. Video during the final hours of Sergeant James Brown's life, shows him being beaten by guards for no apparent reason. James Brown had served a double tour in Iraq and suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. He was imprisoned for drunk driving and voluntarily check himself into jail to serve what was meant to be a short sentence. The local authorities called the 26-year-old's death 'an unfortunate tragedy'. We talked to James' mother insists her son tried to warn guards about his health problems - but no one listened.
