I considered deleting this video but I'd rather leave my mistake for all to see - this news was widely reported in MSM and many MPs and other key people confirmed and/or ran with the news for hours.
I apologise for bringing you this incorrect story. I doubt you'll hear the same apology from other media outlets but at least you'll know I will always own up to my mistakes. I got this wrong.

With the exception of only a very few, all COVID fines have been withdrawn in Victoria.
This is massive news - and quite the opposite of what the government promised (that they would chase down and prosecute all fines because COVID breaches are 'too risky').
If you've been watching Discernable, you would have already known that the government were scared of testing these fines in court. Now they're running away.
