Hurricane Harvey has caused mass devastation to Houston Texas, and many other surrounding regions in the south, especially a small town called Rockport, which was in the way of Harvey as soon as it made landfall. Louisiana has also had to deal with flooding and high winds, and it will get worse over there as the days go by, however this video will be placing emphasis on the average, everyday citizens within the Houston area who decided to take matters into their own hands and save lives.
