Last week we reviewed the Statement of Facts in the Complaint filed by Maddox against his former partner Dick Masterson. Today, let's dive into the Legal Claims made by Maddox. Will everything be clarified now. The statement of facts were found lacking. Often there were unsubstantiated allegation. At other times the evidence had no relation to the allegations made. Last, some allegations were not actionable. You cannot sue for advertising to your fans. Lets look at the claims made in the Maddox vs. Dick Masterson and see if all is now clear.
