A federal judge who declared a mistrial in the federal criminal case against rancher Cliven Bundy last month has dismissed all charges against him and several of his alleged co-conspirators over a 2014 standoff regarding Bureau of Land Management demands that he pay grazing fees for land his family has used for generations.
